You will receive the contact details of your assigned Destination Specialist, who will arrange a personal meeting at your first hotel to ensure you are fully oriented and informed about your stay.

Ongoing Local Support

CTS provides assistance with accommodation queries, local information, transfer coordination, and general travel support throughout your stay.

24/7 Assistance

Round-the-clock assistance is available for urgent matters, giving you peace of mind during your time in Seychelles.

In-House Customer Support

While you are at your hotel, the CTS Customer Service Team works alongside your Destination Specialist to resolve any on-site concerns promptly and efficiently.

Optional Transport Upgrades

CTS operates a fleet of air-conditioned coaches and luxury vehicles. Premium transport options may be available at an additional cost, depending on your selected service and island.

Availability & Island Requirements

The Meet & Greet service may be:

  • Optional for selected properties on Mahé
  • Compulsory for bookings on Praslin, La Digue, and certain outer islands

Where compulsory, the service is required to ensure coordinated arrivals and smooth inter-island logistics.

The booking page will clearly indicate whether the service is optional or mandatory for your selected property and island.
