On Praslin's southeastern coast, where Anse la Blague unfurls, tranquillity finds its true essence. Flanked by Grande and Petite Anse, this beach captures the heart with its changing moods—deep and mysterious at high tide, and calm and shallow when the tide recedes. This very ebb and flow crafts an oasis away from the typical hustle, inviting souls to find solace. A stroll from nearby guesthouses or a short drive brings you to this secluded paradise. Its pristine white sands and the mesmerizing turquoise waters beckon with a special sense of calm. But, do exercise caution when the tides rise. Abandoned estates and a venerable church in the vicinity only add layers to the enigma. For the seekers of beauty, serenity, and perhaps a hint of adventure, Anse la Blague offers it all. From bathing in its shallow embrace to snorkelling amidst its corals, every moment promises a cherished memory. Whether it's the allure of the sand, the water, or the distant islands of Grande and Petite Soeur, there’s a piece of Anse la Blague for everyone.

A hidden gem on Praslin near Grand Anse in the island's south-east. Waters are shallow during low tide and get deeper at high tide, with currents that may pose challenges for swimmers. The Grand Anse side features small accommodations and a dining spot. Being away from the crowded areas, tranquil spots are easily found. Trees offer sun protection.
