At the heart of Praslin's south lies Anse Bois de Rose, a secluded marvel within a grand bay. The path to this paradise, though slightly challenging, rewards the persistent traveller with great serenity. Its accessibility is marred by tricky terrains and guarded private territories, thus ensuring it remains a well-kept secret. Once you arrive, a shaded alcove, kissed by tranquil waters, welcomes you. Underwater aficionados will rejoice, as the offshore coral fortress both protects the bay and offers an aquatic carnival. Seasonal seaweed visits may occur, but they don't diminish the beach's pristine allure. In essence, Anse Bois de Rose is an exclusive masterpiece, waiting for the truly passionate to discover its beauty.

Quiet, peaceful beach in the larger bay sharing the same name. A prime spot for snorkelling, but reaching the beach can be a challenge. Adjacent private land has signs prohibiting entry, so access is by descending from the road. Trees offer sun protection.
